Supporting Financial Literacy and Economic Mobility for Under Served Youth

Youth Economic Readiness Initiative

The Youth Economic Readiness Initiative (YERI) is a structured, multi-phase workforce development program delivering financial literacy, career readiness, and economic awareness to under served 11th and 12th-grade students inside Spring ISD high schools..

This initiative marks the formal launch of Bridge The Gaps' (BTG) workforce development arm, designed to generate measurable, documented outcomes for school accountability, Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) reporting, and Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) youth program funding, creating a unique dual public-private funding model that allows BTG to expand programming at scale.
