Preparing Under Served Youth for Careers, Training, and Economic Mobility

Youth Career Readiness Programs

Bridge The Gaps’ (BTG) Youth Economic Readiness Initiative is structurally aligned with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I Youth program requirements.

BTG is actively pursuing a partnership with Workforce Solutions Gulf Coast to deliver WIOA-funded youth services through this initiative.

The Youth Economic Readiness Initiative formally integrates 10 of the 14 required WIOA Title I Youth program elements - positioning BTG as a qualified community partner for Workforce Solutions Gulf Coast youth program funding.
